Huaye plans to make its 2nd
phase investment amounting up to ￥250,000,000.00RMB(two
hundred fifty million Renminbi Yuan)in a mew-tyle
converted packing material production capacity of
32,000.00tons. For this project, the internationally
advanced production equipment using the European and
fapanese pricess technologies are going to be imported
from Germany. After this project is put into production, a
production gap will be filled up in China, which will
bring our company a considerable economic benfit and help
us exert and expand our advantages in operations.
For the 2nd phase project as above mentioned, Huaye has
requisitioned a parcel of land consisting of more than 220
mou, situated on the south side of the end of Chaoan
Avenue, Chaoan county, Chaozhou city, Guangdong provice.
Now the 2nd phase project is in progress at a speed like a
raging fire. When we are carrying out the hardware
construction, our intense but orderly talents'recruitment/training
and healthy marketing network establishment are under way
in order to build our company into such a large modernized
enterprise starting from a higher jumping-off piont,
growing up faster, having a larger scale and strength and
produces good economic benefits. |

 During the 10th session of Guangdong people's congress
held in Jan.2003, Guangdong, P.R. China, as member of Political Bureau of
the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Zhang Dejiang, the
Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee highly encouraged Huaye
to grow in strength and mightiness when he interviewed Mr.Chen Youbiao,
the Chairman of Guangdong Huaye Packing Materials Co.,Ltd. and deputy to
the 10th session of Guangdong people's congress.
Huaye's “New-style Converted Packing Material Production Project” was
liste into “The First Batch of the Provincial Technical Improvement
Projects'Leading Program for the Year of 2003” in Jan.,2003.
Huaye company was honoured “Credible Enterprise for Its Products'Quality”
by Chaozhou City Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau in Sept.,2002.
Huaye was appraised as an “Excellent Nongovernmentally Run Enterprise of
Chaozhou City” by Chaozhou Municipal Government in Mar.,2003.
In June, 2003, Huaye was appraised as a “New-and High-tech Enterprise” by
Guangdong Provincial Scientific and Technological Department.
Successfully passed ISO9001 international quality system certification in
Nov.,2002, Huaye has been fully carrying out its quality policy to achieve
its quality target.
In Dec.,2002,Huaye was appraised as “Guangdong Provincial
Nongovernmentally Run Technological Enterprise” by Guangdong Provincial
Scientific and Technological Department.
Huaye's invented “Coatable Synthetic Paper & Its Preparation Process”
obtained a national partent in May, 2003. |
