The annual capacity of the Bruckner BOPP film production line and Atlas 8 –
meter high speed slitting machine can reach 28,000 tons/year.
The dried polypropylene resin will
go to the fully automatic mixing system and then be mixed with additives
and fillers according to our special process formulation therein.
The raw materials well mixed
according to different mixing ratios will be fed into the main extruder,
and the materials for its surface and bottom layers will be melt and
extruded by the satellite extruders.
The materials will be mixed inside the multi-layer die and extruded
therefrom.
The extruded materials will be shaped into cast film through the chill
roll.
The thickness of the cast film shaped in the casting system will be
measured, then the thickness data will be sent to the computer and final
then, the said thickness will be automatically adjusted and controlled by
the computer system.
The cast film will go through MDO
and TDO sections for the oriented stretching before it becomes final thin
film.
The thin film measured by the
thickness gauge will be delivered to the corona treatment station through
the pull roll.
The corona treatment station is the key equipment in the process of
producing the polypropylene-based synthetic paper which can be coated. The
film’s wetting tension on its surface will be well improved when its
surface is treated by the high tension and frequency current.
The winder will wind up the treated film into mill roll around the steel
core tube.
The jumbo mill rolls will be
subject to the aging treatment.
The slitting machine will be used
to slit and wind the film which has undergone the said aging treatment as
per customer’s specifications.
