The present company imported from England a 8-meter wide BOPP
production line consisting of different advanced equipment provided by the most
famous manufactruers in the filed of paper/film manufacture worldwide such as
Mitsubishi, Bruckner, Dornier, Siemens, Valmet-Atlas, Honeywell (Measurex) and
so on, with its annual capacity of 28,000 tons.
Huaye is an enterprise specialized in the production of BOPP film, which
successfully passed ISO9001 International Quality System's certification
process. Thanks to its management process, the quality of its products is firmly
assured. Now its main products include such series as BOPP plain film, matting
film, pearlized film, hot sealable film, aluminium film, holographic film and
cigarette film, covering nearly 100 different specifications with thickness
ranging from 15μm to 60μm. All the technical indexes of its products have
reached or exceeded international standards. As compared with some enterprises
still relying on the films imported from outside of China, now the company is in
a better position because it has already achieved its goal of stopping the films
import but producing by itself instead. |
