Guangdong Huaye Packing Materials Co., Ltd. is a nongovernmental enterprise specialized in the production of BOPP film, BOPS film and color-printed film products. And at the same time, it is also a larger printing company with considerable technical strength and complete printing network within Guangdong province.

Guangdong Huaye Packing Materials Co., Ltd. is founded in the year of 2001.It is located at Anbu town, Chaoan Country , Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province,(about 8 kilometers away from Shantou air port),usually as know as “ the Base for plastic film applied to packing”, covering a floor area of 200,000 M2 (more than 300 mou). Now, our company has far more than 400 employee of which 60% are engineers and technician. Huaye has a strong technical force, complete production equipment and experiment and testing instrument as well as managing systems.During the producion line, our company implement 5S and has passed the certification of ISO9001-2000 Quality Control System, ISO14001-1996 Enviroment Control System, OHSAS18001-1999 Occupational Health and Safety Control System, and got China Enviromental Labelling Product Certificate for BOPS.
Our company own a complete 8-meter wide BOPP production line which is made from Germany and a 8-meter wide high speed slitting machine from Atlans of England. The main product of several series include BOPP plain film, Matt film, pearlized film, heat sealable film,and synthetic paper, which covering nearly 100 different specifications with thickness ranging from 15mic to 180mic.Manwhile , we own several cpp film production line to produce different specification of CPP film.
On the other hand, Huaye imported a complete 4-meter wide OPS film production line and 4-meter wide high speed slitting machine from abroad. OPS heat shrink film is a new type of bodycontact packing material in comformity with the enviroment protection requirement. It is high strength, rigidity ,reliable shrinkage,excellent gloss as well as transparency. In addition, OPS heat shrink film is easily to be processed ,color up, and super in both printability and resolution. Due to those properties mentioned above, OPS heat shrink film is a typical progress for those consumers who pursuit delicate printing effect.
At present ,the company is carrying out its quality control system establish strictly as per ISO9001. With much importance attached by the top management and extensive paricipation by the whole workers and staff members , the company is now making its efforts to put its quality policy into practise, achieve its quality target and fully satisfy its customer’s requirment.
